Born into a musical family in Lake Ozark, MO Alecia was singing and learning harmonies at a young age. Her Father Rick Arnall and Mother Debbie Arnall sang at several local events in the Ozarks. Alecia started her musical training in her high school’s honor choir and show choir. At home she was learning the drums and guitar from her father. Alecia is also an aspiring songwriter that gets her inspiration from all parts of life and points to artists like Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline, Martina McBride, Tanya Tucker, Michael W. Smith, Mercy Me, Bonnie Rait, and Pat Benitar as major influences in creating her own voice and of course her biggest songwriting influence is her father. After graduating High school in 2003, she started experiencing "Life" and became a cosmetologist while trying to figure out her musical path. She started competing in several local singing competitions including Colgate Country showdown. It was the money won from one of the events that funded her first project, a CD titled "Songs of Emotion." Her songs "Next three days" and "When you're Not Ready" was played on the local radio station and after holding a CD release party in her home town she realized her next step in the music business meant moving. She packed up and took the long road to Nashville TN by herself November of 2007. She has spent the last three years finding the right band to back her up as she perfects her sound through several live performances in the Venues on Broadway in Nashville. Alecia grew up country but definitely has a rock n roll side to her and when writing she blends the two to make awesome music!! She is very thankful to have great fans, family and friends that support her in every way!! She hopes that they enjoy her music as much as she enjoys singing and writing it!!For booking information email: shotgun_arnall@yahoo.com
